The Progress reports is based on monthly reports from all contractors. Starts at the end of T2. Templates will be distributed (simplyfied activity and management report, max 2 pages).

6. Advanced Remote Tower 13 Nov 2007 Malmö/Sturup6 Periodic report on the distribution of the Community´s contribution T12, (T24) Reported in Form C-Financial Statement of the Project Coordinator. It shows the distribution, in euros, of funds made by the coordinator to contractors during the reporting period. Any interest generated by the renewal of pre-financing must be reported also in Form C-Financial Statement. Any possible redistribution of funds must be reported.

7. Advanced Remote Tower 13 Nov 2007 Malmö/Sturup7 Final report Prepared by the Project Coordinator, T24. Publishable final activity report. Final management report. This report must include the consolidated final ”Summary Financial report”. Final report on the distribution of the Community´s contribution. At latest 60 days after receipt of the final payment.

8. Advanced Remote Tower 13 Nov 2007 Malmö/Sturup8 Mid-term review A mid-term review, initiated by the Commission, shall be held. The consortium shall submit a ”mid-term report” covering all the work carried out since the start of the project, objectives, intermediary results and conclusions, an updated plan for using and disseminating the knowledge and an update of the remaining work planned in Annex I.

9. Advanced Remote Tower 13 Nov 2007 Malmö/Sturup9 Project deliverables Project deliverables: Annex I – ”Description of Work” p. 39-40. Deliverables should be submitted on the due date as specified in Annex I, with a maximum permitted delay of 45 days after the end of the reporting period. The WP-leader are responsible for deliverables in their WP. The deliverable and a review protocol shall be submitted to the Project Coordinator. Templates for deliverables and review protocol`s will be distributed T2.

Reports and deliverables shall be delivered to the Commission within 45 days after the end of the period. Please remember that reports and deliverables shall be delivered to the Project Coordinator within 21 days after the end of the period. Reviews Mid-term review and meeting, initiated by the Commission. Draft of first periodic report (the first 11 months) and meeting 14 Oct 2008. Deadline of first periodic report 21 Nov 2008. Draft of final report (the first 23 months) and meeting 14 Oct 2009. Deadline of final report 20 Nov 2009. Audit Certificate: T12 (Saab, LVF and NLR) 28 Nov 2008, T24 (All contractors) 30 Nov 2009. Technical meetings according to progress and milestones will be defined later by WP-leader. Meetings within the core Management Team every third month, starting prel 5 Feb 2008.
