5 LCM Responsibilities Approval 1.Formulate and approve Policies for the administration of Collaboratory entities. 2.Project Planning Articles (and budgets) 3.Recruitment events 4.Discipleship events (prayer breakfast, fall retreat, etc) Recommend 1.New Site Team proposals 2.Project proposals within an established Group 3.Forming or disbanding a Group

10 Importance of LCM Accountability of groups and their projects Yearly planning articles and budgets Financial records New project proposals Site teams Help shape structure of the Collaboratory through policy formulation, approval and recommendation. Coordinate roles and responsibilities for recruitment events (which is where we get new members!)
