2 About us.... www.sayouthtrust.org.uk Who We Are The Sheena Amos Youth Trust is a registered independent charity (no. 1076951) which has been running in Sheffield since 1999. We are a sexual health and emotional well being charity working with young people up to the age of 25, in particular those who are most vulnerable or marginalised. What We Do We provide support and social opportunities for young people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) or who are affected by HIV. We also run a peer education volunteering programme which is open to all young people. Our peer education volunteers run training and awareness sessions challenging prejudice and stigma around LGBT issues, which is available to all organisations working with young people in Sheffield. We also offer HIV awareness training to young people and staff as well as tailored staff training packages to meet all sexuality and gender identity awareness.
