2. General Information  Financial Aid Direct Deposit will be piloted through the summer 2009 and will be fully implemented for fall 2009.  To sign up for the pilot you must enroll yourself through WebAdvisor.  If you do not know your WebAdvisor password please call (559) 442-8228.

4. After logging into WebAdvisor, click on the “Direct Deposit Sign-Up” link Select the “Direct Deposit Sign-Up “ link

5. You will be asked to fill-out the information about your Direct Deposit Delete Previous information, if desired Enter Routing Information twice Enter Bank Account number twice, with any leading zeros Enter “C” - for Checking Account, “S” - Saving Account Select a “Payment Advice” method, the advices will only be e-mailed, but a method must be selected

7. You will be asked to fill-out the information about your Direct Deposit Enter the date that you want this account to be active. It will only accept current and future dates. Please read the “Terms and Conditions” Information will only be emailed to the address shown here. Click the “I Agree” to the Terms and Conditions Button Click on the Submit Button

8. WebAdvisor will show you your Confirmation Information

9. WebAdvisor will then email you a confirmation of set-up

10. On the day the of the disbursement, you will be email a confirmation receipt of payment. Always confirm the payment with your bank prior to spending the funds.
