4 Registration- Different This Year! >For Faster Check-In on site, New Self –Serve/Fast Track check-in process. >All Pre-Registered Attendees can use this system. > You can scan the barcode on your FastTrack confirmation email for quick onsite badge printing. >Prior to the conference, an email containing the barcode with your FastTrack ID will be sent. >If you forget the FastTrack confirmation email, you can search by your record name and zip.

6 Before Your Session NEW:** You need to have picked up your badge at registration and then you MUST check in at the speaker ready room. Speakers are required to wear a conference badge to enter the session room. Check the daily updates for session updates. Please be prepared to reprise your presentation if asked. Arrive 10 to15 minutes prior to your session to set up and prepare for your presentation.

7 Before Your Session Set up your laptop and load your presentation. Audio visual technicians will check the rooms prior to the start of each session to ensure equipment is properly working. If you need immediate assistance, please notify your room monitor.

9 During Your Session Briefly introduce yourself and proceed with your presentation. Ask that all mobile phones and pagers be turned to silent mode. Please use the microphone, even if the room is small. Remind attendees to fill out the session evaluation form for your presentation and return it to the room monitor. NEW: We now have the ability for attendees to use their smart phones with the QR code. Please let them know about this new feature. Repeat all questions asked so that attendees can hear the question. We suggest you plan 45 minutes for your presentation and 10-15 minutes for question-and-answer discussion. Please end your session on time so the next speaker can begin on time.

10 During Your Session Reminder of the Compliance agreement guidelines *All OAUG sessions must be educational in nature. The following rules regarding marketing your company’s products and services in your program materials and within your session. *Permitted: >Two slides within the presentation materials (maximum of 3 minutes) >Collecting business cards and/or contact information for a drawing. It must be shared with attendees beforehand. (We will NOT be providing you the scanned attendee list for your session) >Flyers or promotional marketing materials are ONLY allowed on the back table of the session. They are NOT permitted to be handed out. *Not Permitted: > No Badge scanning permitted > No Signage of any kind

11 After Your Session > Please remember to exit the session room immediately > If you collected session evaluations, please return them to room monitor > Session evaluation scores will be available online post COLLABORATE and speakers will be notified via email when they are available.

12 Room Set up OAUG will provide the following equipment in the session rooms: >Projector >Screen >Wired microphone and PA System > Wireless internet access (this is for speakers only) >Telephones and laptop computers will NOT be provided. Please make sure you have all your appropriate wires and connectors.

13 Room Monitor The room monitor will encourage attendees to fill empty seats, count room attendance, monitor A/V, check and scan badges and collect session evaluations. Please do not ask the monitors about the scanned names. You are NOT able to receive these. It will put them in a awkward position to say no to you.

14 Speaker Ready Room- Room 212 **You MUST check in this year!** *We will provide a speaker ready room again this year. It is for all three groups. *You MUST check in the day of your presentation, at least two hours prior to your session. If you have any issues, then call me. *The room is equipped with a projector, screen, and work areas, for your convenience.

16 Session Cancellations and Substitutions >If you are unable to present, please send an email immediately to rrobuck@oaug.com so I might revise the agenda. From April 5 th please call me at 404.808.6500. > You may send speaker substitution requests to rrobuck@oaug.com. If you are unable to present but can provide a replacement speaker. rrobuck@oaug.com >Failure to call and cancel your presentation, if you need to, will result in a one year speaker suspension from COLLABORATE.

17 Presentation Slides and White papers  Please visit the presentation management portal to upload revisions to your white paper and presentations slides.  This will be open after COLLABORATE13- April 16 th.
