16 Towage Procurement Process  Process Industry Briefing. Expressions of Interest from prospective towage providers. Invitation to short list of respondents to submit Request for Proposal. Preparation of detailed submissions including commercial proposal and tug haven concept plans. Development Application for tug haven development. Award of additional towage providers licence(s).

19 Service Providers Licence - Key Terms  Term – term of licence dependant upon investment.  Licence Fee –$10,000 exclusive of GST per annum, being the maximum fee prescribed under clause 110B(3) of schedule 1 to the Port Authorities Regulations 2001. Reviewed if Regulations amended.  Non exclusive licence.  Inclusion of Key Performance Indicators.  A performance guarantee / bond will be required from the Licensee.  Services include provision of towage and emergency response services.  Provision of services to non-contracted shippers.  Interface with other licenced towage providers within the Port.
