3 Initial Self Enrollment/Registration First determine who will be retrieving the monthly statements Office Professional/Liaison Cardholder Bank of America allows single access to a cardholder account statements; multiple logons are not supported for security reasons. Therefore, only the individual that will be retrieving the monthly statement should Self-Enroll. Regardless of monthly-statement retrieval responsibilities, all Cardholders should register an account at www.baml.com/PINCheck in case PIN retrieval or reset is necessary.www.baml.com/PINCheck

4 Initial Self Enrollment/Registration Visit http://www.baml.com/paymentcenter and bookmarkhttp://www.baml.com/paymentcenter Choose “Not registered?” if you have not yet created an ID and password.

5 Initial Self Enrollment/Registration Enter the 16 digit account number (no dashes or spaces) Click NEXT Follow the instructions carefully to create the User ID and password If you are not a cardholder, but responsible for statement retrieval, contact the Travel & Card Coordinator for logon credentials.

6 Initial Self Enrollment/Registration Choose statement delivery option Paper mail delivery of statement No statement Email notification when statement available Both-paper mailed statement and email notification

7 Office Professional/Liaison-Additional Steps After establishing the User ID and password, you may add another account The name printed on the card must match exactly Click on NEXT

8 Initial Self Enrollment/Registration Answer “Additional Security Questions” and Submit Read and Agree with the End-User License Agreement in order to access account information Note: Travel and Card Coordinator (ext. 4889) can reset security questions and password to Payment Center account only (PIN is a different system.)

9 Initial Self Enrollment/Registration - Help Passwords expire every 90 days, must be 8-25 characters and contain at least one of each: lower case letter, upper case letter, numeric value If it is a replacement for a lost or stolen card: Log on to the Payment Center Use the “Add Account” link to register the replacement card  This must be completed prior to cycle end to receive an electronic statement If you have trouble enrolling: Notate any error details Call 888.449.2273 for password reset assistance

10 First Time Logging in Post Registration First time logging in after registration If you have created the User ID and password, you will need to answer additional security questions the first time you log in.

11 First Time Logging in Post Registration If the answer to the security question is incorrect, your account will be disabled after the third attempt Contact the Travel and Card Coordinator (ext. 4889) to re-activate your logon and reset security questions

12 Statements and Authorization Requests Once logged in, locate the Statements menu and select Account Activity. Tab Options: Summary – Activity since last statement; Summary of last statement; Balance/credit limit/min payment due/payments received, etc. Transactions – Current statement cycle information: dates, merchant, billing amount, etc. Authorization Requests – Location, authorization code, reason, etc. Statements – Available to view, download, and/or print

13 Statements and Authorization Requests Statements: Generate within two business days after the account cycles Produced only if a balance remains or activity occurs during the cycle Debit/credit transaction posted Regulatory change which required notification Must register and opt for electronic statement delivery before month- end of account cycle in order to receive an electronic statement for that month Log in to Payment Center for retrieval

14 Edit Your Profile Make changes to your personal information and add an additional email address to carbon copy (cc).

15 Edit Your Profile Log on to the Payment CenterPayment Center Click on the dropdown box by your name (top, right-side of screen) Choose “Edit Personal Information”

16 Edit Your Profile Continued Change your email address if desired Add another individual’s email address to carbon copy (cc) if desired Additional email addresses can be added if separated by a semicolon ; Save the changes

17 Password Help – Payment Center Edit, retrieve, or unlock your account by resetting your password.

18 Edit Your Password Choose “Edit Password” Enter old password first then the new password Confirm new password by entering again Remember: 8-25 characters containing at least one of each: lower case letter, upper case letter, numeric value Log on to the Payment CenterPayment Center Click on the dropdown box by your name (top, right-side of screen)

19 Edit Your Password Choose “Edit Password” You must enter your old password first then the new password two times to confirm Type a hint Click to save the new password or cancel to return to Home without changing the password Log on to the Payment CenterPayment Center Click on the dropdown box by your name (top, right-side of screen)

20 Retrieve Your Password On the Payment Center logon page click on either link “Forgot your password?” Enter your User ID and email address After clicking the Submit button, you will receive an email with the hint you gave when you established your password

21 Unlock Account/Reset Password On the Payment Center logon page click on the link “Reset Logon credentials?” Enter your User ID and email address After clicking the Submit button, you will be sent an email with a reset link and instructions

22 Unlock Account/Reset Password Continued Once the reset request has been made, the password must be changed within 24 hours The reset link is only good for one click then becomes disabled Choose to: Unlock your account OR Reset your password Click CONTINUE

23 Unlock Account/Reset Password Continued Verify your identity by answering security questions, click Continue  If you cannot remember the answers to your security questions, contact: ─UCM Travel and Card Coordinator 660.543.4889 ─BOA Technical Help Desk 888.449.2273 Unlock account confirmation message:  Your temporary logon credentials have been emailed to you Reset password confirmation message:  Account has been successfully unlocked

24 PIN Registration, Retrieval, Reset All Cardholders should register an account at www.baml.com/PINCheckwww.baml.com/PINCheck Even if the monthly statements will be retrieved by the Office Professional/Liaison Separate from the Payment Center Registration Dual system allows Office Liaison to retrieve statements yet restricts access to Cardholder’s PIN Only the Cardholder can retrieve or reset the PIN Necessary for online PIN retrieval or reset
