2 Local transport Kinds of local transportation are for example trains, planes, buses and ships. There are motorways everywhere in Germany. The local transportation routes are for connecting the places and by connecting the villages these streets also connect the people. We've got a small airfield in Nüttermoor. Most planes from there fly to the East Frisian Islands and sightseeing flights. But they also fly business people from the local shipping companies and the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg.
