44. Ananias and Sapphira Ananias and Sapphira sold some land and decided to donate some of the money to the church.

45. Ananias lied to the disciples. He said that he was donating ALL of the money he earned from selling his land.

46. Immediately the Lord took Ananias’s life. Young men carried his body out.
