5 Procurement Guidelines for NSG Projects Procurement methods are reviewed during the due diligence process to ensure acceptability to the Bank. We are looking for: − Transparent documentation and disclosure − Efficient procurement planning to mitigate delays and ensure quality − Competitive market prices for goods and services − Fairness demonstrated by arms-length transactions Private sector projects financed by IDB are subject to private sector or commercial practices for procurement.
