14 Installation Easy professional installation: Customers can set a convenient time and date to suit their schedule Available Monday – Saturday, 9am – 8pm First available appointment is typically within 3 days Most installations are completed within 7 days* * Times may vary slightly during busy periods

15 Confirmation of Order Email confirmation includes: Account number, Order summary, Activation fee amount, Monthly payment, Total up-front payment, Payment method, Installation appointment information Ordering tips: Customers should use IBO Business ID on each order Customers must provide their own valid email address Customers must read, understand and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions

17 Availability & Cancellation Currently available in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Whangarei, Christchurch, Tauranga, Rotorua Customers can cancel their policy within 7 days of the installation date without penalty Extended cancellation period for elderly customers (65+)

24 Relocation Rules Moving Home If you move home after Vivint Home Security or Home Automation system is installed, you may be able to transfer your system to your new address. Customers can relocate their Vivint system, provided that: –They are moving to an area which is serviceable by Vivint –They are the home owner at the new premises

25 Relocation Rules If a customer is moving to a: -non-serviceable area and Vivint cannot complete a relocation, customers have the option to transfer the remainder of the contract term to the new home owner at the old premises -non-serviceable area and cannot transfer the reminder of the contract to the new owner at the old premises, Vivint will release the customer from the contract without penalty -serviceable area but is not the home owner at this address (i.e. renting), they will not be able to transfer their home security system and will be liable for cancellation fees.

26 Regulatory Requirements Promoting Vivint Home Security & Home Automation IBOs are required to adhere to New Zealand regulatory requirements when promoting Vivint Home Security and Home Automation solutions The NZ Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act as a Security Consultant require that: –IBOs must not sell or attempt to sell any security devices, but may only refer their network to Vivint who will be entirely responsible for selling security products/services –IBOs must not advise or attempt to advise their network as to the desirability of the Vivint products/services, but may only refer them to Vivint for more information –IBOs must not present the Vivint opportunity to prospective customers in the prospects home, however they may present the opportunity in their own home or any other location
