5 USDA APHIS is an Emergency Response Agency USDA APHIS WS National Wildlife Disease Program assists Federal, Tribal, and State agencies, universities, and nongovernmental organizations in addressing wildlife diseases and Emergencies that may impact the public.

18 Chemical Deterrents Methyl Anthranilate- flavoring in grape products, naturally occurring compound, irritates birds causing dispersal and avoidance, does not affect other wildlife. Identified as a pleasant grape odor.
