5. Terms & Conditions The contest is applicable for overall disbursements between 1 st Febuary`14 to 30 th April`14. Contest includes business volumes disbursed under Home Loan & Non Home Loan product. The prize is applicable on minimum qualifier i.e minimum number of fresh disbursement cases being met. The results announced by PNBHFL shall be final & binding. The contest for Multicity/Corporate Channels shall be city wise and not at Pan India level. Top up loans for the cases disbursed in previous months will not be eligible (Volume & Count) for the contest. BT + Top Up will be considered as one case. Multiple exposures to single customer will also be treated as one case. Part disbursements will be counted for volume achievement but not on number of cases disbursed. Cancellations shall be excluded while calculating the final achievement. Only disbursed amount will be considered for the contest with handover and clearance of disbursement cheque. Contest Reward is over and above existing payouts. Payout will be given purely basis on existing capping norms. All Govt levies like sales tax, gift tax, local tax,Octroi,registration/insurance and/or other related charges would be borne by the prize winning business partner. Products listed as prizes may change at sole discretion of PNBHFL with products of same value/lesser value and would depend upon the availability of stocks. The products which are being offered as prizes are directly offered by participating establishments/manufacturers of product.PNBHFL is neither responsible nor guarantees quality nor it is liable if the same are in any way defective or damaged in transit. Prize money can be encashed on request of the channel partner and on sole discretion on PNBHFL. Participants will be eligible for one reward category only for both the contests included.
