1 How to save the appeal form before submission Click to continue

2 You can save the appeal form at any point. You should save the form before submitting it so if anything does go wrong (for example you lose your connection to the internet), you do not have to start the process again from scratch. Be aware that the Save process will NOT save any attachments to the form, just the form itself. We advise that you create a folder for your submission to hold those attachments and the saved form in one place. Click to continue

3 Click on the grey button. Click to continue Scroll down to the ‘Save’ section.

4 Click on ‘Yes’. Click to continue

5 When this screen is displayed, the file will NOT have been saved. You must click on ‘File’, then ‘Save as’ (for Internet Explorer users) or the equivalent (for users of other browsers). Click to continue

7 The location will default, as will the file name. You can change either or both. Click to continue

8 Click on the ‘Save’ button. Click to continue

9 You will be returned to this screen. (You can leave it open while you check that the file has been saved in the selected location.) Then you can either continue with the appeal by clicking the grey button, or you can close the window until you are ready to carry on with the form. Click to continue

11 To go back to the form, click on the grey button.

12 If you click on ‘Continue with Appeal’ you will be taken back to the form, and it will contain everything you entered before you saved the form. Click to continue

13 When the form is complete, save it again before you add the attachments and submit it. Click to end
