4 Wellbeing & Partnerships Dept The department will be extending to include: Joint funding of Extra Care services Adult Services block contracts Community Safety Team contracts Domestic Violence contracts Possible admin for Grants Team

14 Ability to Monitor Performance Outcomes and Client Record Data Import both to SPOCC which aids in checking contract compliance Possible target setting being looked at

15 Ability to Report on Performance Using Standard Reports and the Ad Hoc Database we can report on: Performance Quality Outcomes Client characteristics (from Record Data)

16 Ability to Report on Performance We are able to provide reports to: Commissioning Body District Councils Corporate Performance Team Providers Welfare pathways & Super Garrison Steering Group Probation & Health Other Council Depts

18 Conclusion OCC, SPOCC and SPOCC.net have already enhanced the way we work and enabled us to show more easily how important we and the services we fund are. As development continues we look forward to reaping even more benefits.
