1. 2013-2014 Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures

2. Front parking lot is reserved for school buses only. If you need to come into the school please enter front parking lot and stay to your left. Park in a stall labeled for visitors.

3.  All non-bus students will be dropped off in the back parking lot.  Students will only be able to exit cars in the yellow drop off zone.  Please stay in your car and keep moving forward.  Watch and follow directions given by HVE Staff on duty.  For your child's safety NO unloading in the RED ZONE

4.  Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1 st Grade will go to the Kindergarten playground on the North side of the building.  2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th graders will go the playground located on the West side of the building.  Anyone who wants to eat breakfast will enter the cafeteria through the door by the YELLOW drop off zone.

5.  Follow the directions given by HVE Staff. We are here to help keep your kids safe.  If you are late to school please park in the visitors parking in the front parking lot and walk your child into the building.  There is NO supervision in the playgrounds until 8:30 a.m.

7.  2 nd, 3 rd and 4 th graders will be picked up in the front parking lot.  Parents will not be allowed into parking lot until after all of the buses leave.  Turn left into the parking lot.  Exit the parking lot by turning right onto Industrial Parkway.  Do not park in the pick up zone.  Follow the directions of the HVE Staff on duty. We are here to keep the students safe.

8.  Students will be picked up on 650 West.  Back parking lot will be used to help with the flow of traffic. No student will be picked up in the parking lot.  To pick up your child you have to be parked in one of the 6 yellow stalls on 650 West.  Display your name tag on the passenger side of the windshield so that your last name is visible.

9.  HVE Staff will help get your children to the Yellow pick up zone in a timely manner.  After you have picked up your students please turn left onto Industrial Parkway.  Your students will stay behind the gate until the HVE Staff tell them to go to YELLOW Pick Up Zone.  Students will not be allowed to cross through traffic to get to you. You must pick up your child on the south side of 650 West.

10.  Do not park in the pick up zones.  Follow the directions of the HVE Staff on duty. We are here to keep your children safe.  Display your name tag in your windshield.  No Picking up your students in the RED Zone.
