4. Integrated Crop Production What to grow? (eg. Vegetables, Fruit and Nuts, Poultry, Dairy, Aquaculture) Grow what is in season!! (hence the name) Hoop house would extend longevity of crop! How would we grow our crop? (conventional/organic) Dependent upon cost-benefits analysis Where would we grow? Dependent upon design and land availabiltiy University Land?

(creativity) Composting systems (eg. teaching facility, compost system, fish pond, poultry, irrigation, rain-water harvesters, sustainable outhouse, kitchen, refrigerated, storage, packaging house, equipment facility, wind turbines...)
