3. Rules of the Game Continued Time begins as soon as bell rings Entrée round – 35 minutes to cook (15 minutes for judging and cleaning up) Dessert round – 30 minutes to cook (20 minutes for judging and cleaning up Once the buzzer sounds, hands up and step away.

Rules of the Game Secret ingredients must be used and then the use of the ingredients in… Designated fridge, spice drawers, demonstration table, and white bin Ingredients are not allowed to leave those areas, however. You must do all measuring at those places and you cannot take all of one ingredient May use computer for ideas, but remember – it all has to get done in your timeframe

5. Judging Creativity Presentation Taste Judges vote on 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd place Winning team gets to pick “feast”

6. Today’s Mission Decide teams – 4 people in group Has to be 2 people and 2 people – 5 people in group Has to be 3 people and 2 people – 3 people in group Can either be 2 people and 1 person, or it can be 2 people and 2 people with one person cooking both days.
