Report 1: (Title: Adventure Books) Show the following Fields only: Book Name, Author_ID, Shop Name, Sold & Current Stock Show only the records which include: Adventure Books and current stock is between 5 and 15 Sort: Sold: Descending Fits on a single page wide with a page orientation of Portrait (Ensure all labels are shown in full) Report 2: (Title: Fantasy) Show the following Fields only: Author Name, Book ID, Book Name, Price & Current Stock Show only the records which include: Fantasy and sold between 20 and 40 books Sort: Book Name: Ascending Fits on a single page wide with a page orientation of Landscape (Ensure all labels are shown in full) Report 3: (Title: Science Fiction) Show the following Fields only: Shop Name, Book Name, Author Name, Nationality & Sold Show only the records which include: Science Fiction Sort: Shop Name: Descending Fits on a single page wide with a page orientation of portrait (Ensure all labels are shown in full)

3 Databases – Part 2 http://www.yahmad.co.uk/ Task 2 – Advanced Query and Report Extension: Complete extension queries and reports New Sale Prices Make a query showing the following Fields: Book ID, Sale, Book Name, Author Name & Price Show only the books which are on Sale and price is £4.50 or more. Sort: Book Name: Descending Insert a new field called New_Price which is calculated at run-time – You need to decrease the price by £1.50 Produce a Report: Has a report title: New Sales Prices Fits on a single page wide ---- Has a page orientation of landscape Count the number of books with a new sales price.

Sort: Genre: Descending Insert a new field called Updated_Stock which is calculated at run-time – You need to add 10 to the current stock level. Produce a Report: Has a report title: Reorder List Ensure all labels are shown in full Fits on a single page wide ---- Has a page orientation of Portrait Calculate the Maximum from the Updated_Stock

Sort: Current Price: Descending Insert a new field called New_Price which is calculated at run-time – You need to add 10% to the Price Produce a Report: Has a report title: New Best Seller Prices Ensure all labels are shown in full Fits on a single page wide ---- Has a page orientation of landscape Calculate the Total Sum of the Current Stock
