4.  To create new slides simply click on the New slide button, located in the Home section.

6.  Many different types can be added to a PowerPoint, from many different areas. You can source and implant pictures from Clipart, upload photos from your albums and download from the internet. Pictures are a great way for the audience to relate to and understand what information is being represented, especially younger children.

Movies are a more fluid way to represent a longer sequence of information to the audience instead of breaking it down into individual messages.
