A: This is your cash drawer. Your supervisor has some instructions for you. B: When your bill piles get too large, count them into stacks of 100 dollars, wrap them in a band, and put them in the safe. I want to make sure you understand that process. Can you repeat it back to me?

A: Your supervisor has more instructions. B: This is your ledger sheet. When you count out bills from your drawer to put in the safe, record the amount of money on this form. Have one of the head tellers initial your record. Also, write your employee number on each line. A: You don’t remember your employee number. What should you say?

A: These are your coworkers. One of them invites you to go out to lunch. B: Hey, want to go for lunch with us today? A: You can’t go today, but you are happy the coworker included you in the invitation. How could you respond?

A: Your supervisor explains a bank policy to you. B: We give credit cards to customers who have checking or saving accounts with our bank and customers who have a good credit score. A: Who does the bank give credit cards to?

A: Your supervisor tells you about a bank policy. B: Sometimes people want to trade in or buy foreign currency. We don’t do that at this branch, so you’ll have to refer those customers to our main branch. A: You don’t know where the main branch is located, so you now ask your supervisor.

A: You are coming into work at the bank and a customer asks you for help. B: I just put my card into this machine and the machine took the card away. What should I do?
