6. Keep your deen! Remember that we are Muslims. Dress appropriately Watch your language Be their role model (remember they are going to look up to you).

7. Resources Utilize your resources! You provide what the mentee needs to challenge them academically. Begin exposing them to tools that will become useful (ex. gmail, quizlet,etc.) What has worked for you. Help them develop the habits that we wish we had at their ages.
