Start selling membership the international market. We can make Grand Chancellor going to sell a membership because their company have a lot of branch and lot of servicing when they sell it and the quality of Grand Chancellor it good than some competitor in 4stars hotel so it not to hard if Grand Chancellor develop their card membership for selling in another country. 2. Their Grand Chancellor can sell online through their website. We can develop selling through Internet because now a day people around the world used internet that it can easy to get their products and it can reduces staff, office front and get profit of money income for their hotel. 3. They can use Express post to loyalty customers. Grand Chancellor should delivery information or gift card to loyalty customer that they come to get service often for make them impression and come back to hotel again.
