2 Step 1 1. Get your triangular bandage 2. Find the point of the triangle and between your two hands and place the point behind the elbow 3. The top is on the uninjured side 4. Pull it round the injured side and tie the two corners together 5. Remember to tie it to the side of the neck to ensure comfort 6. Make sure the arm is higher than the heart 7. Tuck the loose ends together to keep it tidy 8. Twist at the end of the elbow to be sure it is tight

4 Muscles of the arm There are several different sets of muscle working in the arm. The biceps brachii and triceps brachii, are more commonly known as the biceps and triceps, respectively. The biceps in the front of the upper arm are responsible for flexing or bending the forearm at the elbow. The triceps in the back of the upper arm are responsible for extending or straightening the arm at the elbow. The triceps are also responsible for extending the arm at the shoulder.
