4. What is a Rock? A rock is a naturally formed solid made of grains of one or more minerals. Rocks have all different kinds of colors, luster,and hardnest. The bottom of the ocean has rocks too. The moon has rocks also.

5. Sedimentary Rocks Sedimentary are from form by pieces of sand in layers, under a lot of pressure. Sedimentary rocks formed when mud and sand are deposited in layers on the earth's surface. Sedimentary rocks are found covering a majority of the earth's upper crust. No new damage, more particles broken off.
