5  Prehistoric is time before humans kept written records (usually anything before 3300 BCE/BC)  Peleolithic and Neolithic Era ◦ Peleolithic Era – 2,000,000 to 10,000 BCE/BC (cave man stuff). Man hunts for food and gathers plant edibles. ◦ Neolithic Era – 10,000 BCE/BC to 3300 BCE/BC (down on the farm).
