7. 73/13/2016 GRIDMAN and PPC joint session update We had a joint session with GRIDMAN on Wed AM2. –Agenda : Requirements Overlap issues between M2M (P802.16p) and GRIDMAN (P802.16n) –M2M Requirements Input contributions discussion Discussion on Project planning aspects Outcome: –We reviewed some of the M2M requirements contributions –There was some understanding that: Some of the smart metering requirements could be addressed in 802.16p. Both projects 802.16p and 802.16n would address different aspects of support for Smart Grid applications –Also plan to continue requirements co-ordination between the two projects to address overlap concerns
