3 An online hub that promotes the advances of technology for lifelong learning. The aim of the project is to create a:  universal  dynamic  adaptable  flexible  expandable e-Learning environment based on learner’s individual needs.

4 From the learners' aspect  Evaluate learning abilities  Deliver content to learners in ways they can learn best (i.e. auditory, visually)  Eliminate the differences (i.e. disabilities, dyslexia) From the educators' aspect  Use, modify and expand e-learning environment  Delivering e-Learning material in the form of Learning Objects  Provide equal learning opportunities

5 A combination of:  web 2.0 technologies with learning objects  diagnostic tools  components to deliver content to learners in a personalized manner utilizing auditory and visual features to their benefit in a way that will combat differences attributed to social exclusion, disabilities and dyslexia.  The project addresses innovative uses of ICT for learning, such as the diagnostic tool that will be integrated to the e-Hoop platform, targeting pupils and teachers (Comenius) as well as adult learners (Grundtvig).

6  Specify the requirements and design the architecture of the system  Developing the platform  Educators from HOU will use the system (upload learning objects)  Diverse stakeholders to participate in structured dialogue and trainings

7 It includes them all  e-Hoop helps people learn despite of age, SE status, cultural background, specific needs or learning styles. Diagnosis can be performed by the actual educator  It offers educators the opportunity to use a mini- diagnostic tool for identifying important information regarding the individual needs of their learners. Eliminate differences in the manner of learning  An innovative and practical application which fosters an inclusive learning environment by targeting at socially and educationally disadvantaged groups.
