5 CITIES IN BIG TEN COUNTIES Population of 50 or more. $166 Million

6 HUB CITES Williston, Dickinson and Minot $140 Million

7 SCHOOLS IN BIG TEN COUNTIES 1.75 M per school per year missed in last sessions HB 1358. 10 counties x 1.75 M x 2 years = 35 M $35 Million

8 NON-BIG TEN POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS Bakken Boundary Cities $20.0 M Counties (43) 127.6 M Townships 17.4 M Total 165.0 M $165.0 Million
