3 Skill All of us have different skills. In sports, special skills are required to perform well and effectively. Task : In your own words, write a sentence to describe the meaning of skill.

5 Think about these phrases: Learned ability. Skill is something you learn. You are not born with it. You improve with practice Learned ability. Skill is something you learn. You are very likely to be successful. A skilful athlete can perform a movement successfully time after time. Maximum efficiency. You perform the movement smoothly, without wasting any energy or time.

6 In other words: Skill means you can perform and activity or movement to get exactly the result you intended, without wasting time or energy.
