3 Nevco Inc. Oldest and largest privately held Scoreboard and Display manufacturer in the industry. Manufactures a full fine of Scoreboards, Shot Clocks, Video Displays, Message Centers, and Scorers Tables. Installed first Scoreboard in 1934. Canadian Operations and Service Facility is located in Barrie, Ontario. The Scoreboard Man Paul S. Leskew is the factory representative for Nevco for all of Ontario, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories and the Yukon and has been since 1985. Paul has been in the scoreboard business since 1971, when he and partners started Challenger Athletic Products. Heather Bourne, General Manager, has been working with Paul for over 15 years. Marlene Leskew has been involved with the scoreboard business for over 35 years. Together, Paul, Heather and Marlene are know as The Scoreboard Man team and our office is located in Orillia, ON. We have combined experience of over 90 years in the industry. INTRODUCTION

4 Objectives: 1)Provide safe and reliable options for purchase and installation of shot clocks. 1)Develop a strong relationship with OFSAA and High Schools across Ontario, including sponsorship support of championships, AGM support, advertising support and opportunities for revenue generation that can be used to reinvest back into athletic programming.

6 A) Shot Clock Displays: 1) Nevco Model SSC-7 - 20” x 20” x 2” deep - super bright 13” red digits - 30lb hanging weight 2) Nevco Model SSC-T5 - 24” x 24” x 2” deep - super bright 13” amber digits – shot time - super bright 5” red digits – game time - 35lb hanging weight

7 B) Communication System: - Wired vs. Wireless: * Wireless is highly recommended to avoid the need to run conduit and cables - in a wireless configuration, wireless receivers are installed near the shot clock(s) and a wireless control is used for communication - there are various communication options regarding the wireless control and receiver configurations - choice between MPCX2 hand-held control and MPCW table-top control * MPCX2 MPCW

8 C) Installation Cost – Backstop vs. Wall Mount * Permanent installation of shot clocks is the recommended set-up Wall Mount: - recommended if there are two solid walls behind the main backstops - easier, less costly and safer method of install Backstop: - is an option if the backstops are single-mast or frame style that fold forward or backward - necessary location of install if one end wall is folding, curtain or stage

9 D) Infrastructure Cost * this cost is the responsibility of the owner -Cost to bring power to each shot clock location -To be completed prior to installation date Power installed on backstop frame
