Hazara are the outsiders they have different believes in their religions compared to Pashtuns. They also have a different appearances then Pashtuns. Hazara are largely Shiite Muslims in an overwhelmingly Sunni Muslim country. They also have a reputation for industriousness yet work the least desirable jobs.
