Several unfilled vacancies around the UK Are posts not being advertised due to perceived lack of applicants? 2 parallel surveys Department survey to assess the number of potential jobs Trainee survey to assess interested future applicants

Distributed to BSPR members via (74 responses) Trainee survey to BSPR junior forum members (9 responses) to all trainees via RCR (320 responses)
