In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

3. Penitential Rite
My brothers and sisters, to prepare ourselves to celebrate the sacred mysteries, let us call to mind our sins.
I confess to almighty God, and to you, my brothers and sisters, that I have sinned through my own fault,

4. in my thoughts and in my
words, in what I have done, and in what I have failed to do;
and I ask blessed Mary, ever
virgin, all the angels and saints, and you, my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our God.

5. May almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and bring us to everlasting life.

Let us pray
Almighty God, our creator and guide, may we serve you with all our heart and know your forgiveness in our lives.

Egypt, have acted perversely;

cast for themselves an image of
a calf, and have worshiped it
and sacrificed to it, and said,
“These are your gods, O Israel,
who brought you up out of the
land of Egypt!”‘ The Lord said
to Moses, ‘I have seen this
people, how stiff-necked they

9. are. Now let me alone, so that
my wrath may burn hot against
them and I may consume them;
and of you I will make a great
nation.’ But Moses implored
the Lord his God, and said, ‘O
Lord, why does your wrath burn
hot against your people, whom
you brought out of the land of
Egypt with great power and with

10. a mighty hand? Remember
Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, your
servants, how you swore to
them by your own self, saying
to them, “I will multiply your
descendants like the stars of
heaven, and all this land that I
have promised I will give to your
descendants, and they shall

disaster that he planned to
bring on his people.

I am grateful to Christ Jesus our
Lord, who has strengthened me,
because he judged me faithful

blasphemer, a persecutor, and a

ignorantly in unbelief, and the
grace of our Lord overflowed for
me with the faith and love that
are in Christ Jesus. The saying
is sure and worthy of full
acceptance, that Christ Jesus
came into the world to save
sinners—of whom I am the
foremost. But for that very

18. reason I received mercy, so that
in me, as the foremost, Jesus
Christ might display the utmost
patience, making me an
example to those who would
come to believe in him for

ages, immortal, invisible, the

sinners and eats with them.’
So he told them this parable:
‘Which one of you, having a hundred sheep and losing one of
them, does not leave the ninety-

22. nine in the wilderness and go
after the one that is lost until he
finds it? When he has found it, he
lays it on his shoulders and
rejoices. And when he comes
home, he calls together his
friends and neighbours, saying
to them, “Rejoice with me, for I
have found my sheep that was
lost.” Just so, I tell you, there will

23. be more joy in heaven over one
sinner who repents than over
ninety-nine righteous people who
need no repentance.
‘Or what woman having ten silver
coins, if she loses one of them,
does not light a lamp, sweep the
house, and search carefully until
she finds it? When she has
found it, she calls together her

24. friends and neighbours, saying,
“Rejoice with me, for I have
found the coin that I had lost.”
Just so, I tell you, there is joy in
the presence of the angels of
God over one sinner who
repents.’

27. Profession of Faith
We believe in One God, the
Father, the almighty, maker of
heaven and earth of all that is
seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus
Christ, the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father

28. God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, one in
being with the Father,
Through him all things were
made. For us men and for our
salvation he came down from
heaven;

29. by the power of the Holy Spirit
he was born of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.
For our sake he was
crucified under Pontius
Pilate; he suffered, died and
was buried. On the third day He
rose again in fulfillment of the

Invocation of the Holy Spirit
Lord, you are holy indeed, the fountain of all holiness. Let your Spirit come upon these gifts to make them holy, so that they may become for us the body and blood of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

46. The Lord’ Supper
Before he was given up to
death, a death he freely
accepted, he took bread and
gave you thanks. He broke the
bread, gave it to his disciples,
and said:

47. “Take this, all of you, and eat it:
this is my body which will be
given up for you.”

48. When supper was ended, he
took the cup. Again he gave you
thanks and praise, gave the cup
to his disciples, and said:

49. “Take this, all of you, and drink
from it, this is the cup of my
blood, the blood of the new and
everlasting covenant. It will be
shed for you and for all so that

50. Let us proclaim the mystery of
faith:
When we eat this bread,

51. In memory of his death and
resurrection, we offer you,
Father, this life-giving bread,
this saving cup. We thank you
for counting us worthy to stand
in your presence and serve you.
May all of us who share in the
body and blood of Christ be
brought together in unity by the
Holy Spirit.

Lord, remember your Church
throughout the world; make us
grow in love, together with
our pope - John Paul II. Our
bishop - Joseph Zen, John Tong,
and all the clergy.

Remember our brothers and
sisters who have gone to their
rest in the hope of rising again;
bring them and all the departed
into the light of your presence.

54. In communion with the saints
Have mercy on us all; make us
worthy to share eternal life with
Mary, the virgin Mother of God
with the apostles, and with all
the saints who have done your
will throughout the ages. May
we praise you in union with
them, and give you glory
through your Son, Jesus Christ.

Lord’s prayer
Let us pray with confidence to
the Father in the words our
Savior gave us.

57. Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done on earth
as it is in heaven.

and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who
trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
Deliver us. Lord from every evil
and grant us peace in our day.

59. In your mercy keep us free from
sin and protect us from all
anxiety as we wait in joyful hope
for the coming of our Savior,
Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus Christ, you said to
your apostles: I leave you peace,

63. Communion
This is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. Happy are those who are called to his supper.
Lord, I am not worthy to receive you, but only say the word and I shall be healed.

When we break the bread, we share in the body of the Lord; when bless the cup, we share in the blood of Christ.

Lord, may the eucharist you have given us influence our thoughts and actions. May your Spirit guide and direct us in your way.

O heavenly Father, increase the faith of our communities, particularly of those individuals whom you have chose and whom you will choose for your service.
May the love of God enkindle the hearts of many young people, so that they may respond to your call with generosity and perseverance.

68. May the strength of the Holy Spirit guide us to do His holy will, and to be ready to offer our sufferings in union with that great sacrifice of your Son Jesus Christ.
