Advisor is a proactive Tool for Cummins OEMs, Application Engineers, and Sales People to help them select, and Design in, a Cummins engine such that it meets Cummins Installation Recommendations, and maximizes engine/machine performance for the End Customer
History of Advisor:
Advisor was created in 1994 to address a need to reduce recurring installation errors

a process of planning and analyzing engine to machine interfaces and the application of the engine for the purpose of identifying and eliminating potential installation problems prior to actually building the machine
Installation Reviews
an audit of the first prototype or first production machine
Analytical Tools
stand alone versions of the analysis tools used in the Design Review (such as when you only want to run a cooling calculation)
Engine Database
filter and query engine database from A Series to QSK23
Technical Library
a library of the Cummins technical information the application engineer normally needs

Components are subdivided into type and manufacturer
