The experience of National Safety Compliance has allowed us to ensure that the Online Driver Qualification File system is completely secure and maintains the highest level of data integrity while allowing access from any location that has an Internet enabled computer – even Global Wireless devices are supported! Each company is provided a unique company code. Usernames and Passwords are assigned based upon the specific responsibilities of the person to which they are assigned. Employees are only given the access they actually need. All activities carried out on your driver files are tracked by who actually did a change, add or delete. After Login, you are presented with a central welcome screen that immediately informs you of any alerts or scheduled events. You simply cannot forget to address outstanding issues. Accessing your “Preferences” controls how data displays on this screen and what alerts you see. Access to the various modules of the program is done through use of the Tab Bar Each Tab will highlight as you move your mouse over them and will stay highlighted to identify what module you are currently working in.. By clicking on “My Events” or the “[More…]” under “Today’s Events” you can access a full screen Calendar. This Calendar allows you to add events or review those that are system generated. Administrative access can allow managers to create events for employee groups. By clicking on a specific date, you are presented with a simple and intuitive Event Entry Box. You select a driver by clicking on the appropriate command word for that driver. You can directly access the driver’s profile, their related documents, change their status or remove them from the system. You can “reorder” the list of driver’s displayed by clicking on “Last/First”, “SSN” or “Entry Date” You can also use the “Search” and “Advanced Search” capabilities available in all modules to find exactly what you need.
