Our role as leaders is to equip and prepare people to serve.

7 Introduction Our role as a leader is to call, encourage, move people to serve Everybody can not serve on a Sunday morning, but they can serve within your House Church. Certain things that Christ did and continues to do (in conjunction with the working of the Holy Spirit) to ensure His Mission is accomplished.

10 Mentor Mentoring requires concentration, communication, and intention.

Mentoring apprentices and raising up leaders to lead future groups is another non-negotiable habit of a House Church Leader

13 Mentoring is… Cooperating with God in raising up an apprentice to become a highly effective House Church leader Following the examples of Jesus and Paul

14 Mentoring is… A great way to love others…
The leader needs to shower love on the people he is mentoring A profound thought: Mentoring apprentices is concentrating your love on a few in order to reach the many.

15 Mentoring is… The means of multiplying yourself
One person can only be in one place at one time…unless he duplicates himself into another who can do the same tasks.

Explain THEIR commitment as an apprentice House Church Leader You will call them to commit to becoming equipped by meeting with you regularly (Come to House Church early, leave late so you can discuss the elements of the meeting with them)
