8 Op Art Shading Blobs Start by drawing a curved line across the paper.  Think rolling hill... not roller coaster!

9 Op Art Shading Blobs Add 8 dots across the line.
They should be at different lengths apart.  You need a dot close to the edges of your paper.

10 Op Art Shading Blobs Start connecting the dots with bumps.
The dots close to the edge will go off the edge of the paper to an imaginary dot.  The lines will eventually go off the top and bottom of the paper . Fill the whole paper.

16 What illusion is created?
How is the illusion created?

17 Steps: 1. Using a ruler, divide your page (like a pizza) into 8 sections, go over with black marker 2. Using a rounded object in the classroom (or a steady hand) draw multiple curves in a row in each section 3. Using pencil crayons colour in the parts you’ve made. Colour the areas in the middle the lightest, and make it darker as you go towards the line. Make a colour pattern with every-second spot. Answer the following questions to be handed in as a part of your assessment: What illusion did you create? How did you create the illusion? What is something you did a really go job of? What is one thing you could have done better?
