From the graph I can see that death rates are different for different races. In all the diseases shown Blacks have the highest death rates. In Heart disease the Black death rate is 325, White 252, Hispanic 160 and Asian, the best, at 145. [2 marks]
This shows that race does affect health and Hilary Wallace is wrong.
