Typically include a minimum payment each billing period. A Charge Card is a special type of Credit Card The balance on a charge card account is payable in full when the statement is received. The balance cannot be rolled over from one billing to the next. Debit Cards are not Credit Cards. Debt cards allow payment and purchase to happen simultaneously.
