CiCS supports Microsoft Office 2007 applications for PCs and 2008 for Macs. 26 What happens when you leave the University?
There are a number of things that will happen should you leave your employment with the university. Your access to all services with come to an end. Ownership of any documents or services you created or have responsibility for should be transferred to another colleague or a generic account. Your ucard will become inactive on the end of your period of service. Accounts will remain active for 2 weeks (2+4). An will be sent after 2 weeks to inform you of account suspension. 4 weeks from the date of the your account will be deleted and all data will be lost. If any of this data is personal to you it should be transferred to a private account outside the university domain. All data must be transferred before the 6 week period is reached.
